It's funny how I have a studio full of equipment that I urge my 11 year old to play with all of the time. But he has no interest...until now. I got Guitar Hero II over the weekend and we've been playing it together. Now he's like, hey when are you going to teach me real guitar?
The other great thing about Guitar Hero II is it's educational. Believe it or not. It teaches you hand eye coordination, timing, plus you can just rawk out. It teaches you about songs, classic bands, etc. I think they could even do a version for Keyboard. What a great way to learn to play. Or a drummer version would be cool as well.
Guitar Hero II is definately fun. I've been addicted since I got it...staying up til 3:00 most nights playing. Check it out if you haven't already.
